BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!... Read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with LET PROPERTY to sell some of my tenanted flats and apartments. They managed to sell the property with tenants in-situ very fast. You won't need to go through the process of evicting your tenants and waiting for them to move out so that you can sell the property vacant. Waste of time. Had a conversation with them for 7 minutes and kept telling that you cant view a buy to let property. Wasted my time yesterday aswell. Please do not buy a property with them or give your property to them if you want to sell your property. Really poor service would've rated it a 0 if it was possible. Very very poor.... Read more

Contacted this company regarding an empty property I was looking to purchase for my daughter completely disinterested in my business they asked what I intend to buy the property for then said 1 in 3 mortgage deals fall through they had a legal offer on the property this morning and it would be getting removed from the market I then see it reduced on Rightmove today clearly only interested in cash sale investors. hence the legal offer speech only got said once they had realised it would be mortgaged nonsense. Very unprofessional agency that wasted my time for over a month, giving me miss information with regards to the price of a property that I was interested in and completely misleading me into thinking that they were arranging a viewing for me to go and see the property. I spoke to a total of 3 agents, the worst being Amira who was arranging the "viewing" but then just ghosted me and would not reply to my calls even though I was told by the agency that I would get a call back from her each time. The most I got was a reply to an e-mail after 1 week of waiting to hear back when the viewing would take place and all she said was that she is waiting to hear the tenants availability. It all seemed very strange and it was, because after 3 weeks I never heard anything back and only because my partner called the agency today asking what was going on she was told by another agent who contacted the seller that the seller did not want to accept the price that we were offering and no one bothered to tell us the truth. All of a sudden out of the blue Amira also called today asking how my property search was going after almost 1 month of ignoring me, it was laughable and very clear that I only received a call to try to prevent me leaving a negative review but this review is well deserved. This pathetic company are always recruiting must be staff turnover, dealt with recruiter June several times, I have vast amount of sales experience, completed the video interview several times and callum has rejected me every time, they are discriminating as hell and absolutely pathetic and hope they get the karma coming to them...
