Let Property have just sold my flat in Paisley, much more quickly than I would have expected. They took only 11 days to agree a sale from the best of the offers and as it was a cash buy everything was very straightforward after that, allowing me to beat the tax deadline which I wasn’t expecting at all. All in all very impressed with the attention that I received and the overall experience that I had. I am selling my portfolio off bit by bit just now and will be in touch later this year to use their services again. This company is a scam, I would advice people to avoid them not to lose their hard earned money They trick you to get your buyer premium money ( the only company agent that collects the premium) you never get it back Avoid avoid avoid, better company out there to do business with not scammers... IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD once these layers have your £3000 “buyers premium” you will find it incredibly difficult to get any contract again from this shady bunch. If you are lucky enough to get through to someone you will be panned off with excuses. I have 2 solicitors trying to get my 3000 back but it’s looking I don’t get my money back . CHECK TRUST PILOT REVIEWS IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. THERE ARE MANY MORE IN MY EXACT UNFORTUNATE POSITION As a naive first time buyer I paid the £3k deposit to them and now regretting it. This company are a scam outfit. They ask people for "holding deposits" if you show signs that you aren't wet behind the ears and wouldnt be willing to provide them with any money before a sale completes they refuse you a viewing. They have multiple telephone numbers that if you call them just ring out...... Red flag right away. The staff call you from mobile numbers and seem to like to text you rather than emails. Don't be fooled because they are on rightmove, they are only looking to con people out of money and waste people's time. I am currently reporting them to the property ombudsman. Avoid!... Read more
