Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations.
I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants.
They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price.
So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit.

Very unprofessional agency that wasted my time for over a month, giving me miss information
with regards to the price of a property that I was interested in and completely misleading me into thinking
that they were arranging a viewing for me to go and see the property. I spoke to a total of 3 agents, the worst being
Amira who was arranging the "viewing" but then just ghosted me and would not reply to my calls even though I was told by the
agency that I would get a call back from her each time. The most I got was a reply to an e-mail after 1 week of waiting to
hear back when the viewing would take place and all she said was that she is waiting to hear the tenants availability.
It all seemed very strange and it was, because after 3 weeks I never heard anything back and only because my partner called
the agency today asking what was going on she was told by another agent who contacted the seller that the seller did not want
to accept the price that we were offering and no one bothered to tell us the truth. All of a sudden out of the blue Amira also called today asking how my property search was going after almost 1 month of ignoring me, it was laughable and very clear that I only
received a call to try to prevent me leaving a negative review but this review is well deserved. I do not wish to have any further interactions with this shambles of an agency.

This company's conduct is utterly disappointing. I engaged Let Property to sell my flat, enticed by their promising sales pitch assuring market value sales. While I anticipated challenges in property sales, I was blindsided by the unprofessionalism and deceitful practices of this company.
Let Property continually reduced the "offers over" price by £2000 every week without my consent or knowledge. Initially, the broker claimed ignorance, promising to investigate, but no resolution was offered. Subsequent deductions were attributed to an alleged automatic marketing system aimed at generating interest, yet this only served to diminish my property's perceived value.
Despite my explicit request to cease altering the offers over price without my approval, the reductions persisted. This culminated in an alarming £8000 drop below market valuation, a stark deviation from our agreement. When I demanded my property be removed from their listings, they proceeded to slash the price further without regard for my concerns.
Their excuse of it being merely a marketing strategy is disingenuous; it directly undermines the agreed-upon terms. Not once during the initial discussions or setup was I informed about this dubious system. Had I been aware, I would have never consented to their representation.
Additionally, the broker's dishonesty is appalling. Concealing the existence of this automatic marketing tool reflects a blatant disregard for transparency and integrity. Fabricating viewer interest only compounds their deceitful practices.
Furthermore, their failure to fulfill basic requests, such as installing a sales board, demonstrates incompetence and a lack of commitment to client satisfaction. Despite assurances from the company owner, the board never materialized, further eroding my trust in their capabilities.
I've since withdrawn my property from their services to prevent any further devaluation. My experience serves as a cautionary tale; I strongly advise against engaging with Let Property.

This company are a scam outfit. They ask people for "holding deposits" if you show signs that you aren't wet behind the ears and wouldnt be willing to provide them with any money before a sale completes they refuse you a viewing. They have multiple telephone numbers that if you call them just ring out...... Red flag right away. The staff call you from mobile numbers and seem to like to text you rather than emails. Don't be fooled because they are on rightmove, they are only looking to con people out of money and waste people's time. I am currently reporting them to the property ombudsman. Avoid!

I have had such a bad experience with this agent. They had my property for 7 months and I don’t think they got a single viewing. Even worse, they kept reducing the price without asking me so that it ended up £15k undervalued and now I can’t get them to take my property off their portfolio. In addition, they never respond to attempts to contact them by email or telephone. I’m actually surprised to see any good reviews on here at all. I would avoid them like the plague if I were you!

once these crininals have your £3000 “buyers premium” you will find it incredibly difficult to get any contract again from this shady bunch. If you are lucky enough to get through to someone you will be panned off with excuses.
CHECK TRUST PILOT REVIEWS IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. THERE ARE MANY MORE IN MY EXACT UNFORTUNATE POSITION
As a naive first time buyer I paid the £3k deposit to them and now regretting it.

Listed a property for sale with Let Property. I had 6 viewings booked in. They dropped the asking price of the property by £5k without my consent after the viewings had been booked, but prior to them taking place.
They said was an 'administrative error' and said they would correct it, but didn't.
I therefore ended up accepting an offer £4k below the original asking price because the buyer made their offer based on the reduced asking price.
When I complained about this, they said: "I have reviewed this case and I am unsure of the resolution you are looking for now that you have accepted an offer on your property through us."
I'm not sure whether this is down to poor systems, inefficient processes or incompetence, but based on the £4k loss of earnings I am faced with, I would strongly discourage anyone from using Let Property.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales department at Let Property. Having worked with a wide range of other auction companies and estate agents to sell my tenanted property portfolio off due to retirement I can say that Let Property has by far provided the quickest and most proactive service that I have ever seen. They sold 2 of my properties to existing clients and one through the open market. It’s a highly recommended service if you’re a landlord looking to sell of a stock of properties.

I cannot recommend Let Property highly enough to be honest. I am now on my 3rd property sale with them and couldn’t fault them at all. I am an older landlord who has been wanting to retire for a while now. I had been concerned about the thought of selling as it looked like I was going to have to ask my long term tenants to leave for me to get any kind of decent price. My first property was not in great condition, my second was much better and they sold both in different ways. The first was sold directly to an investor and the second was put on the open market and listed on Rightmove etc. On both occasions, I was delighted with the price that was achieved. The process was also very straightforward and hassle free for me! Essentially Let Property did everything, including dealing with the tenants. They valued the properties (very accurately compared with what they sold for) and provided advice on strategy but ultimately I could choose myself whether to go directly to the investor or list on the open market. I paid no marketing fees up front at all. I needed help to make my poorer property fully compliant and they did that as well. Start to finish was very quick and very efficient. My third property is doing well at the moment and several viewings have been set for the coming week. Totally hands off for me which is great!! I also liked the fact that they produce very detailed investor information. My poorer property had a rental figure which was much lower than could be charged and the pack was able to show a potential yield which I think really helped.

made out they had a database of investors ready to buy, but to be honest I think that’s there sales pitch, had my property fir 6 months and couldn’t get it sold even after me reducing the price on a number of occasions
So lesson learned next time I will go with a proper estate agent who can get the job done
