12th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.

2nd Mar 2019 (5 years ago)We are student at Durham University and we decided to rent a house. I called the estate agent and they agreed to send us the agreement and everything to rent this one house that we really liked. We were supposed to arrive a week later to submit the forms and pay deposit. When I got the papers, they confirmed with us that the house would be definitely be reserved for us. However, the morning we were supposed to hand in the papers, I got a short, badly articulated email saying that the property was no longer available and that we should look somewhere else. No explanation, nothing. We were angry because student accommodation is competitive and we lost so much time waiting for this house. Upon emailing them multiple times, they finally said that the previous tenants decided to stay for another year. Didn’t they confirm with the current tenants that they would be moving out? Why would they even list the house if that was an option? .Why send us the agreements and everything? They didn’t even bother trying to find us other options that we could stay at instead. All and all, I would never use this agent again because their service is absolutely terrible
5th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

31st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I have never sold a house before so I was a complete novice. I think they probably would agree that the property was a bit too far away to give a proper service. It was 40 mins away. They should not have taken it on The staff in the office were always unfailingly polite. When my son had given them a rocket, the property then sold. I thought (as it turned out) the property was put on at an unrealistic price and although I agreed that price with the Agent, I should in retrospect taken other Agents advice. The other Agents were completely correct as to what it fetched. I read all the information about how to sell houses too late. I have learned a lot.

2nd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

Right from the very courteous and professional first contact, through to the final stages, I could not fault them in the slightest. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice. Given all the work they did, I regard their fee as very reasonable. Going with them as my agent was the best decision I could possibly have made.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I was a long term tenant, which the property management was taken over by Property Box and a new landlord. No due process. On leaving the property I found the agent fabricated unsubstantiated claims against my bond. Very poor... would recommend you stay away. Luckily the bond retention scheme awarded the return of my bond back to the tenant. From a landlord perspective, they failed to advise due process and stay ethical. Not recommended.
