I think the missing link with the larger Estate Agents is they lose the advantage of being able to speak directly to the people handing your sale... With guys at Hunters in Consett I was able to speak to the Manager, Valuer or even the Branch Owner and each of them were genuinely interested in my house sale, and not just the sale Dawn the Manager help even when my own solicitor was sceptical in resolving the issue. An I thank each and everyone of the staff members for making my sale achievable when things were not looking good. I know you can’t please everyone guys, but I guess that’s life but with such a negative vibe sometime people get their just deserves. Dawn you keep saying “Local people sell local houses to local people” and at first I didn’t understand. But after the experience I’m glad I went with Hunters and not the online agent I was considering.... Read more
