If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Robinsons were spot on. Sam, the manager, dealt with our sale. He valued the house realistically. He knew a couple who might be interested in the specific characteristics of the house (spacious and private bungalow). The couple viewed the house 15 minutes after it officially went on sale and bought it! I dealt with Sam and Allyson at Robinsons Bishop Auckland. They were/are fantastic.... Read more
