25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

1st Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I am not happy with the service of this estate agency. They send emails with wrong invoice details and they don't answer the questions I send regarding those invoices.

In particular, they provided invaluable assistance with the selection of tenants, providing sensible and knowledgeable advice in general and on the upcoming regulations as well.

Getting to know the buyers and exactly their desires & expectations, prior to viewinga, to ensure my young family wasnt inconvenienced whilst they not just showed them around, but actively sold them the house. Such a massive effort put in, with professional photographers, and amazing literature to match, on all the big home buying sites, it was an outstanding service from start to completion!!

13th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.

Leanna was the lady in the office who was looking after our sale .We thought she was excellent, she always was quick to get back to in touch with us with any queries we had, and she was very proactive in helping to complete the sale. We were on the market with another agent for just over a year with only very few viewings but as soon as we changed to Monroe we had more viewings in the first two months than we expected. I would thoroughly recommend using Monroe to anyone in the future, they really were a breath of fresh air.
