We bought through Lancaster Samms and Elkie Buckland was excellent - she drove the entire chain according to the needs of our transaction from buyers/sellers to solicitors and even removal firms. The only possible drawback when on days when Elkie wasn't working and other LS staff felt they were unable to help with a case that wasn't theirs, but Elkie was so good/responsive whether she was officially at work or not that we received high-class service throughout....
