Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

19th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)From valuation through to selling our property, the team were fantastic! We’d had our house valued the year before but weren’t quite ready to sell. The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!
12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Through ill health, I constantly needed assistance to guide me through the process of form completion and uploading of documents. Nothing seemed to bother her, she was so professional, polite and took the time to explain in detail what was required. She followed up on every call and email and took personal responsibility to ensure the process of being a guarantor for my daughter went as smooth as possible. Thanks once again Megan.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I had a postive experience staying at 200, Burley Road. The property is really nice, well maintained and newly refurbished. I always reached out to Lucy in case of any issues (which was very rare) and she resolved it within 2-3 working days.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. Lauren could not have given more to help the sale go through, never was a message or email left unanswered, and always with a prompt response. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes. We are going to miss Lauren not being around, but hopefully remain in contact. Thanks again Lauren.
