24th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Never really felt like my property was a priority to Myrings, didn't get a lot of viewings, the ones I did I had to do them, was told I had priced it too high......they set the price!
2nd Nov 2022 (2 years ago)My advice would be not to use Joplings as an estate agent. I asked Joplings to rent a house out for me and they only took a £100 holding deposit, not the week rent that I was entitled to under the new laws. When the tenant decided not to take the house at the last minute (after waiting for them for six weeks) Joplings made the unilateral decision not to return the holding deposit back to me and said they would return it to the prospective tenant instead. This shows a lack of respect and concern for the rights of their customers.

They know the area extremely well and the market. I would highly recommend GSC Grays at Boroughbridge. The conveyancing team were also very good and kept us informed as the sale progressed to completion. Thank you.

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!
