11th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

8th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
13th Aug 2025 (13 weeks ago)5 stars is an understatement! I have recently sold my flat through Venters and haven't had a single issue with them. Kirsty, Gavin and Lee have all been amazing at communicating with us and I have thoroughly enjoyed our selling process (There aren't many folke that could say that). The Teams knowledge of properties across Fife has been second to none and the support they have offered has been invaluable. I without a doubt would use their services again as I have been truly impressed!

3rd Dec 2022 (2 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.

18th Jun 2025 (21 weeks ago)Finally Belvoir you have got a fantastic manager in Tracey she is a lovely lovely lady with great understanding of others her people skills are outstanding to be frank she is a great asset to Belvoir .and today I met Jemma she was absolutely lovely her people skills were brill she shows compassion and understanding makes you feel your being listened to and understood thank you Jemma yet again Belvoir she was outstanding and truly put me at ease a lot better than the other young lady with bad attitude and zero people skills I'm so glad shes gone well done Kirkcaldy Belvoir you are simply the best and I for one lovezz you 2 ladies thank you both you make a great team seriously recommend these staff at Kirkcaldy to anyone
