14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
2nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Worst rental experience of my entire life. Staff here need training on how to interact with an ever-changing world and multicultural population. It lasted less than 7months and I will never recommend them to anyone.
7th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)The team at Remax sold my house and we’re fantastic throughout. Offered the best rates on the market and kept me fully updated throughout. Should I plan a move again in the future I have no doubts I will be contacting Remax. Special mention to Courtney and Adrian who were my main contacts throughout and both 10/10.

8th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)We were delighted to work with McDougall McQueen on the purchase of our new property, having had a great experience on a previous purchase. Most recently, our solicitor Susan Oates managed our sale and purchase transactions with great professionalism, managing to negotiate a rather complex missives agreement ahead of our planned completion date, while keeping us informed and updated at all times. The excellent service has continued after the sale was completed while we closed out a number of material issues with our property. I would be happy to recommend McDougall McQueen and consider their services to provide excellent value for money and help to take the stress out of a house move.

20th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.
6th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back

24th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Ninety Property provided an excellent service in dealing with the sale of my property. Appointment was made with Nathan who offered good advice at initial meeting. It took a while for me to be in a position to market the property but no pressure was put on me to hurry this along. Was kept up to date on viewings and feedback. Solicitor recommended (Fulton's) was fantastic. Very happy with marketing and Solicitors fees. Would thoroughly recommend Ninety Property.
24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)What an amazing service from start to finish from both Jennifer, Andrew and Janice. For anyone who wants a simple, and efficient estate agent look no further. Our house went up on the market the week of Christmas when most estate agents close. Not Avenue Road. They made sure that everything still processed as normal and our house went up within days to ensure we were able to reserve our new home. The whole process was easy with them and made it very simple and straight forward for us. Andrew was always on hand for us regarding any viewings and interest. Jennifer was giving us regular updates and keeping us in the loop. One thing I would say which stands them out from the crowd is they are always on hand. For example we had a request at 10pm on a Saturday night for a viewing which we were delighted about. Within minutes we had it booked. You won’t get that 24/7 service anywhere else. At the very start we had a few estate agents come to negotiate with us but felt like a number with them and just another tick box. With Jennifer and Andrew we were a family looking to sell and move to our forever home and they wanted it for us. I could go on and on about how amazing they were and so grateful for them. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thank you again and always welcome for a cuppa in our new home.
