Unfortunately Catherine is held to uphold the company's fees, however if I were to choose a Mortgage Advisor on personability, professionalism and honesty, it would certainly be Catherine 100%!!

26th May 2025 (22 days ago)The professionalism of the accounts department is non-existent. I requested the return of my rental, deposit over 5 working days ago. The estate do not even, bother to respond to emails, or follow up with you. I have had to raise a dispute, with My Deposit, if the money is not returned, to the deposit scheme you would have breached the, schemes rules, and they have advised, me they will take legal action against Beresford Adams. If it was not for the fact, that the scheme was used, I would have taken legal action against the Beresford Adams using UK civil courts. - Unprofessional - Unresponsive - Lacks proper communications skills - Unethical- 10th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)Steven, our Sales Negotiator found our perfect home. We were always impressed with Beresford Adams' services, keeping us up to date with properties he felt we may want to view.

21st Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.

They helped me in a professional manner and short time for documents processing. Also, when I signed the contract, they surprised us with a welcome gift box, very kind of them.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
