12th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up. Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.

26th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Too early to sayy really as the offer has just been accepted but there’s a long way to go before the buyer get study keys. The next part of the journey is where the agent really earns their fees. Hopefully the agent willl continue to rock!

I had lots of viewings but very little feedback from the person who did the viewings which meant i had very little to go off as potential buyers mostly didn’t return feedback. Therefore i would have to say there was a disconnect and communication was poor. i withdrew my sale for this reason im afraid .

From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.
10th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)Where do I start! I have never sold a house before and was really very unsure. I approached Hunters and right from day one the team were amazing and full of knowledge. My house sold in approx 48 hours and i was over the moon! We did hit hurdles along the way more than once but Nicole is amazing she knows exactly what to do in every single situation. From start to finish Nicole has been my absolute rock and font of knowledge. Communication has been amazing (friday round up haha) I can not thank you enough Nicole. I have already recommended Hunters to friends and they all say the same. Definitely sell with Hunters Middleton!

3rd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)They sent people to view my property who didn't even have their home up for sale yet, people in no position to offer most viewings were a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend Miller Metcalfe. My ex partner bought my share of house in the end

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
