5th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

11th May 2024 (8 days ago)At the time of marketing I discussed whether the property required any work and was told no. Based on 1 feedback out of 3 viewings I was told the property needed a ‘deep clean’. Then it was suggested to drop the price dramatically to get more viewings. I suggested if that was the case, they must have got the valuation wrong but there was no acceptance of that and the feedback didn’t make any sense. I felt they were after a quick turnaround to make the commission. I consulted another agent who suggested the pricing was correct and could not see a reason why I was not getting viewings.

5th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
