14th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Very poor customer service. Failure to respond to messages and telephone call and it's been over a week. This doesn't provide much confidence they will deal with potential buyers any differently so I'd avoid. Plenty of good estate agents in the area, two of which in the same period of time have responded, visited the property, valued it and provided a quote to market it for sale.

Straight talking, professional and 3 viewings within an hour of being instructed. I am very happy with Bridgfords and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done! Onwards and upwards ????

9th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)My company purchased a property from Kirkham's last month and dealt with Jay Williams, Michelle Wriggly and other members of the team throughout. The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. We would have no hesitation using Kirkham's again in the future, in fact we look forward to it!

I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed.
