At the time of marketing I discussed whether the property required any work and was told no. Based on 1 feedback out of 3 viewings I was told the property needed a ‘deep clean’. Then it was suggested to drop the price dramatically to get more viewings. I suggested if that was the case, they must have got the valuation wrong but there was no acceptance of that and the feedback didn’t make any sense. I felt they were after a quick turnaround to make the commission. I consulted another agent who suggested the pricing was correct and could not see a reason why I was not getting viewings.
