26th May 2026 (23 days ago)My main engagement has been with John G and his team from a letting point of view. From my perspective as someone that has worked with the likes of Martin & Co, Purple Bricks and god knows how many other agents that resulted in me working as well directly with the tenants in the end I very much took away the following: 1. Level of professionalism when engaging early days in terms of providing clear feedback i.e. the status of the house, what really needed doing etc. 2. Getting me market value regarding the rent - in previous scenarios (Martin & Co) seemed to be acting on behalf of the tenant as oppose to getting me the best value (despite the fact that they would make more as a result) 3. Reputable organisation that did not steal rent money (again Martin & Co cheated me out of a months rent indicating that the tenants had not paid - upon validation with the tenants (who shared a back statement to prove it). 4. Easy to work with and friendly team 5. Timely in terms of following up on securing rent money and getting this paid Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable agent for buying and / or letting.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)It was a pleasure having Maisie Webb from Cowell Norford be involved in the sale of my property she did her upmost best to help me sell even after the first deal fell through she managed to find a buyer not soon after. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past but the staff at Cowell Norford were by far the best. Communication was always there and updates were giving regularly. ????????????

Sarah Connolly was my agent, and from the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She quickly found a buyer with no chain, and the whole sale was completed in around six weeks. Natalie in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went through smoothly without any issues. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.

20th May 2026 (29 days ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.
