This letting agency isn’t professional at all, been renting from them for almost 4 years now and I’m only still with them because cost of living is affecting my family so moving isn’t an option at the moment. Shocking agents, rude and unfriendly. Having to call them loads of times whenever there’s something that needs sorting around the apartments and I’ve had damp and mould all over my bathroom for years which they don’t care to come fix the issue!
