Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!
14th Jan 2021 (4 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

She was really friendly and always responded quickly to our questions. As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous, but she made everything so much easier. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service and would definitely recommend her and Bridgfords if you’re looking to buy a house.

So far he has provided a great efficient service and given us peace of mind…… selling a house when you live so far away is a daunting prospect!
