29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

15th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Initially seemed good, however massively overvalued our house, had a farce getting a for sale sign took 6 weeks, photos were poor, description of property was drab and had several spelling mistakes. Communication was pretty much zero unless we contacted them. When we collected the key, one sales girl said to her co worker, they are going to update it then try and sell again. We hadn't said that, which makes it quite a rude thing to say in front of my wife.

2nd Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

Matt and Ollie made every effort to make our property look at its very best when doing the photos. All our queries were answered promptly. Communication was via telephone and backed up with emails. Anne kept us updated regularly. All viewings were carried out by Ellis Winter staff. We were very anxious about selling our family home of more than 25 years but Ellis Winter staff made it a stress free experience, we would highly recommend them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
