The process is completely different than in the US, and thankfully we connected very early on with Melissa. She was wonderful! Her guidance, expertise and knowledge sharing were invaluable. Both Mr. Archie Ablewhite, the property negotiator, and Jonathan Threadgold, the mortgage services consultant, provided exceptional service and support throughout my recent property search. Mr. Ablewhite was incredibly knowledgeable about the Cambourne area and patient in understanding my needs. He found me the perfect property and guided me through the entire buying process. Jonathan Threadgold was equally impressive. He secured a great mortgage deal for me, saving me a significant amount of money. 21st Nov 2023 (21 weeks ago)After my great review last year, I am afraid that this year I have to give a rather disappointing rate. I requested to change of bank account for rent to transfer back in Dec 2020 and my rental agreement renewed in March. I emailed to the branch manager, to ensure its all updated. She said its in the system. When it came to March, the rent went to my old account, so I emailed again, she asked me to resend the form again. She told me it was all in the system. To have a peace of mind, I called the credit control and they told me the bank account hasn't updated. So I called, and she told me I need to add a signature same as the agreement, which I did immediately. I was told the rent would be transferred yesterday or today. I didn't receive any statement or rent. I called the accounts department again to find out she was sending the blank form to them, so they are holding the payment. The accounts department told me they now received the form but it would take a process to get approval from administration and it will be more delay. I am totally shocked as to how come a simple bank account change is so complicated. Considering, I sent this request back in December last year. I feel that they passing the ball around and not sorting things out. I have to made around 8 calls and few emails to try to sort this out. As a landlord, the late rent income meaning I have to pay late charges somewhere. I really am disappointed and stress out to deal with this, which I shouldn't have to spend my time calling around their department to ensure things to sort out. Though I didn't want to make a fuss about it, but I though I needed to share my experience here. (old review in 2019) Very impressed with the great improvement of the letting services. Ann and her team has done a fantastic job to find me new tenants within couple of weeks. Great communication keeping me in the loop all the time. Highly recommended to all landlords looking for good professional and reliable estate agent in the area.

3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.

I have found her to be very helpful in managing my property.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

5th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)I’ve been renting with Lovett coming up to two years now. I write this review keeping in mind that I don’t work for a letting agency and I wouldn’t know how things are done or how complicated their work could be. So far, I think Lovett has been fairly reasonable and responsive to my concerns, especially Graham. During my property flooding, Lovett has been very quick with their actions. With their quick communication with myself and my amazing landlord, they made sure I’ve got a temporary accommodation and fairly a safe environment and compensatory measures until the property had been taken care of. When asked, a lady at the front desk has been quick to put a notice on my letterbox so the postmen wouldn’t out any letters due to internal flooding. Property inspector, Cheriee, is an amazing lady with a friendly approach every time she visits to inspect the property. She gives plenty of notice before the visit and also reminders. Overall it’s been good and I hope it stays the same.
