I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Absolutely horrendous. Went for a viewing, and the room key didn't work. I was told that the viewing would be rescheduled, but nothing. I tried reaching out by calling and messaging, but no response and it's been many days. Extremely inconvenient ????????????
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I would absolutely recommend this agent.<br><br>We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences.<br><br>Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction.<br><br>Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver.<br><br>Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly.<br><br>Thank you all (Jane in particular) for making the most recent transaction much easier than it could have been for our family!

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

The Bedford team are mentally agile & well led by Jonathon Tolmie, Jack led the sale with diplomacy and was professional and polite throughout. Hannah and Wendy are team players who also helped the process along in order to get completion.<br><br>I would never use anyone other than Michael Graham as they always work to always get the best price (thanks to Warren) and keep customers updated with real time information and issues as soon as they arise.<br><br>You run a great team Jonathon, thank you for your great service.<br><br>Roger

3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had an overwhelming positive experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots. They came to see if they could assist with a property I was trying to sell as an executor. The previous agents had been given well over a year to find a viable buyer, with at that stage no positive outcome.<br><br>I found Grant and his team to be extremely professional and genuinely keen to help me sell the property. They explained things in a straightforward way and without any waffle.<br><br>I was extremely confident they would find me a buyer at a good price. Unfortunately for Harvey Robinson, the previous agent came up with a buyer who had viewed the property previously and was now in a position to proceed, albeit at a much lower price. However, due to circumstances I had to accept this low offer. I am fully confident had Harvey Robinson been given a shot at marketing they would have been able to achieve an asking price offer, but time wasn't on my side and I had others invested in selling the house.<br><br>What impressed me so much subsequent to this offer, was Harvey Robinson's continually presence and reassurance had the sale not proceeded (the previous agent had given me two other sales that fell through and various unviable offers, so odds weren't looking great for this one). Grant and his team were fully ready to step in at a moment's notice. Despite knowing I had a buyer they still produced a quality brochure, advised potential buyers and called me regularly to get updates.<br><br>I felt sure had they achieved a sale, any buyer would have been thoroughly qualified and the sale progressed rigorously.<br><br>I almost wish I had another house to sell in St Neots to give them a chance to actually earn some commission from me!<br><br>In the meantime, Grant, Kye and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!!
10th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)A warning for buyers and sellers.<br><br>Unfortunately, like many estate agents in the UK, this branch appears to prioritise its own business interests over both buyers and sellers.<br><br>In our experience, if you don’t already have a property listed with them or aren’t using their additional services (such as mortgage brokering), it can feel like you have very little chance against buyers who do. Even when you do everything right as a buyer, it feels as though preference is given to applicants who generate the agency additional commission through multiple transactions or add-on services.<br><br>Sellers should also consider whether they are truly being presented with the strongest buyer overall, or simply the buyer most commercially beneficial to the agency. That could potentially mean losing out on better offers from genuine buyers who really love the property.<br><br>Buyers should be aware that being in a strong position alone may not be enough if you are not also using the agency’s wider services or related transactions.<br><br>While all offers legally have to be passed on, we’ll never know how fairly or enthusiastically competing offers were presented, and the overall process left us with very little confidence in the transparency of how things were handled.- 22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this agency throughout my entire tenancy. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests we had during our stay. They made renting completely stress-free and proved to be genuinely reliable. When it came time to move out, the checkout process was handled just as professionally. They were fair, reasonable, and transparent regarding the deposit return, and everything was resolved quickly without any hassle. It is rare to find a letting agency that provides such consistent, high-quality service from move-in to move-out. I highly recommend them to anyone!

She was excellent with her follow-up, always kept me updated, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Everyone in the office was professional, helpful and responsive. As a buyer, I felt well looked after, and I'm very happy with the service I received.

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.

Lisa provided absolutely exceptional customer service—she was incredibly helpful, reliable, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
