As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. The whole team should be praised for their professionalism and we would recommend them without any hesitation. Brian and Jo

16th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

If he didn't have the answers, he would find out and get back to me promptly.<br>I didn't feel like I was 'just another tenant' at any stage, throughout my questions or concerns were addressed.<br>Since moving, Simon has checked to ensure that I am settled which I thought was a lovely touch.<br>I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell.

Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out. To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I always felt that my sale was in safe hands. Thank you, Tilly and Lee, for all your hard work, commitment and outstanding service. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even arrange any viewings. The ladies at VLS were different from the start. Professional , friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They managed to secure a buyer for me after just a few viewings! I’m very grateful for their hard work and excellent service.

She’s one of those rare estate agents who genuinely loves helping people find their dream home — and it shows in every interaction.<br><br>From the start, Charlotte was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, even when I had very specific requirements and a few strong opinions about what I didn’t want. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and kept refining the search until she was finding properties that were almost perfect matches. In fact, she found me the right house three separate times — the only thing that held me back was the infrastructure around the properties, which is entirely down to the council and completely outside her control.<br><br>What I appreciated most was her enthusiasm.
