18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)the valuer was excellent and gave us confidence that the house was correctly valued. However, for whatever reason, we never got the impression that the people that viewed the house were serious buyers.

He has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially after a previous collapse in the chain. But Jamie went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was constantly communicating, keeping us updated at every single stage and proactively chasing solicitors to make sure nothing stalled. He truly went the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations!

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests we had during our stay. They made renting completely stress-free and proved to be genuinely reliable. When it came time to move out, the checkout process was handled just as professionally. They were fair, reasonable, and transparent regarding the deposit return, and everything was resolved quickly without any hassle. It is rare to find a letting agency that provides such consistent, high-quality service from move-in to move-out. I highly recommend them to anyone!

She was excellent with her follow-up, always kept me updated, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Everyone in the office was professional, helpful and responsive. I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. Thanks a lot for your kind support so far.

Her personal approach and quick support made a huge difference. Anthony was also brilliant and highly efficient when handling the referencing process. It is easy to see why this independent business has such a great reputation after 35 years. I highly recommend Lisa, Anthony, and the whole team for their trusted and professional service!

He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.

Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process. He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing. We have used a previous advisor before and the experience and level of service was just incomparable. Amaan was 10/10 and we’ll never use anyone else.
