4th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have recently completed our house sale with William H Brown acting as our agents. From the very start, the team there were helpful, supportive and thorough, guiding us through the entire process. Due to our solicitors, the selling process was not without its stresses but Josh at William H Brown helped in every way he could and provided our buyer with all the reassurance he could, meaning we were able to exchange and complete on time. His communication and expertise were second to none. We would definitely use Josh and the team again snd would definitely recommend them to anyone.

19th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)Terrible agent. They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.
5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!

Communication skills are exemplary at this Agent as is speed of response to asked for changes or just the excellent regular updates. They work with excellent Conveyancers DezRez. A complete package which I heartily recommend to both Sellers and Buyers. 5 *

5th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have rented through Gatehouse for nearly 10 years and they have been nothing but amazing! They respond so quickly to emails and any problems are sorted ASAP, often the very next day! Any repairs are done to the highest standard. All the checks are done when they are needed (boiler, carbon monoxide alarms etc.) I never felt like just another tenant when in communication with Helen and the team, it felt like they really cared and went above and beyond. I have not had a bad experience with Gatehouse in the nearly 10 years I lived in the property and would recommend them to anyone.
