On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

31st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Deal Varney are supposed to be looking after the grounds of where I live. We have a few small and manageable quick fix problems that could be quick wins. Despite several residents highlighting these issues, they have been largely ignored with communications being very unprofessional.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
