We used Nye and Co to sell our property and but our new one.
We came across other estate agents and found them to be people we didn't really trust or want to spend time with.
Ellie and Jo work incredibly hard and nothing was too much trouble for them and believe me we saw our new house LOADS of times.
Ellie is helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for better service.
Ellie was always honest and listened to us and vice Versa.
We have recommended them to several people and would use them again if we had to sell our property. (But that won't be for a LONG time)!
I can honestly say that Nye and Co are by far the best around here.

I've been a customer of Nye & Co for 13 years at present, buying a residential property from them in 2004 and at the same letting them manage my previous residence that I decided to let. Since 2004 Nye & Co have managed the letting of initially one and later two properties for me while I have worked away.
The fact that I am still a client speaks for itself. In 2016 Nye & Co also managed a sale of one of the two properties for me too which went very smoothly and communication was great throughout. I've always dreaded selling a property but the process in this case was straight forward.
Their service since 2004 has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest and with the personal touch only small estate agents can offer. Because I live away they've managed everything for me, including getting various quotes and of course managing work being done to the properties.

Nye and Co recent dealt with the sale of my 2 bed terraced property, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I felt in extremely safe hands right from the accurate valuation of the property to the handing over of my keys. The team at Nye and Co never made me feel like any question was a silly one and their excellent advice led to the fast and efficient sale of our first family home. I would definitely recommend the team at Nye and Co.

Absolutely awful agents! Discrimination at its finest! If you aren't up to their standards it isn't going to happen if your a young mum with young child good like finding anything with them! Or if your of a different race! Anything! Not impressed! Signed papers and things to be told no you have a young daughter the land lord has changed their mind my partners grandad had to fight for his deposit back! Absolute shambles!
