This estate agents lack principles and ethics on every level. Like the experience of a previous reviewer, I also have found the representative name Shane to be completely insensitive and unprofessional. Anyone seriously contemplating using this company to market your commercial property, should be aware that they have very little regard for prospective tenants. Any persons of reasonable intelligence thinking of renting from them, I strongly advise you to acquire the assistance of a good solicitor as you will need one. Please, please do not accept any information verbally conveyed to you as truthful for it is unlikely to be so, and whatever you do, please DO NOT think that they are working to support your interest as an incoming tenant.

Have you ever wondered why Estate agents have the stereotype they do? Then pop on down to see Shane. If you're looking for somone to stab you in the back, and smile whilst doing it, then this is the place to be. Shane will happily keep you on the hook, thinking the property is yours until the paperwork is signed with a competitor, and then he'll casually tell you it's a done deal with somone else, and seem happy with how clever he is. Just avoid any property with the quintons name on the ticket.

Really bad communications, the property I rented need many things sorting before I moved in. These things still not been sorted which is rather frustrating and disappointing. Tip toes around answers rather than being straight and direct.
