Within less than a week Ethan has supported us with making our viewings and now taking us through the first steps of securing our property. The whole experience so far has been straightforward, easy and professional. We are now looking forward to moving to a property agency led with full of reassurance and respect that our family will be looked after. 28th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

21st Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)The way they have treated my girlfriend is absolutely disgusting. They have regularly let themselves into the property without notice, admitted it over email and have since point blank denied it, luckily my girlfriend recorded the phone call so she is now able to further prove how manipulative they have been. They haven’t carried out a single repair in the last 6 months, just botched or ignored every problem. They have openly discriminated against her and the previous tenant mr E Jones (“I think the old tenant had mental health problems because his flat was a mess”) for having mental health problems, even forcing her to rehome her registered and caged emotional support animal even though legally they are protected and have to be considered when it comes to housing. She has since developed PTSD not only from the harassment of waking up to find Parkmans employees and the landlord - Jan price - in her living room after letting themselves in with their own keys with no prior notice, admitting to doing it to all of their tenants and claiming that it has never been a problem in the past, which I myself have witnessed. Her having no privacy, even being told what furniture to keep in which rooms and having her cupboards inspected as well as being evicted in retaliation to wanting a bit of privacy have all contributed to a suicide attempt which almost killed her. There are leaks, damp and mould in the property but all she ever gets is excuses, she has never had a kitchen window key which is a serious fire risk, the landlord is selling the property with live in tenants (except evicted her 6 months early after renewing her contract for a year and encouraging her to decorate as “non fault due to selling property” - it can only be retaliatory) and complete strangers are sent at random to view but when Parkmans is asked about it she’s told they have “no idea who it could be” which is obviously very concerning considering she’s a young vulnerable woman who lives alone, they shouldn’t be sending anybody here never mind not even knowing who they are. She has had to go to the council and trading standards as when Parkmans are confronted about it she is gaslit and told that she has imagined the whole thing, again using her mental health against her, which she is not as she has evidence that they have done these things and now evidence that they are denying it. She has had her post opened by the landlord, defended by Parkmans who have excused it by saying “she wanted to see what was in the letter” (none of her business quite frankly). My poor girlfriend has once again been reduced to tears because she has again felt obligated to let somebody in without any prior notice and Parkmans cannot or will not even tell her who they are. If you are a doormat and you’re willing to give up any privacy you have and like living in a cold, leaky flat then I’m sure Parkmans will be the perfect company for you but the second you start sticking up for yourself you will be bullied and neglected and eventually there will be repercussions because they like to play god with peoples lives. They are all for the landlords and even though the tenants are who pays the rent, they don’t consider them to be anything but a nuisance.

I recently finished a property and wanted to rent it out and have it managed, so reached out to Kayleigh Ashford from NEXA. Kayleigh was so quick to respond to every question I had, and had my place rented out after the first viewings - for more than initially expected too! Will continue to work with Kayleigh on future purchases, could not recommend her enough!

My case wasn’t straightforward but they continuously checked in & were there on hand to help with any questions. Can’t recommend highly enough & will definitely be using again in the future. Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Wayne managed to get our property straight on the market and sold it first viewing, we are now in our forever home. For an A class service I would highly recommend using Wayne Lewis to sell your home. All go above and beyond for you and are all really lovely to deal with. Thank You Sian and Steve

The only party that were communicating often and keeping us up to date with what was going on. Both went above and beyond their job titles to ensure we had the best experience possible and deserve the good name that they have built for themselves. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling to do so with redkite because I can assure you, not all estate agents are as efficient as redkite. Thank you!

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
