   Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.... Read more

   Remax was very impressive! I was moving myself my home and business to Scotland from England. So you can imagine it was a very stressfull and anxious time. I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible. Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England. All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!.
