They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

8th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Elfyn, Lisa, Alex and Lesley were all not only professional but extremely proactive and helpful throughout the sales process. Our house sold quickly with them and they were on hand to answer any questions and move everything along quickly. Every time we called the office the phone would be answered and we were always called back quickly with updates on any questions. The initial pricing was honest and a real reflection of the property value, pictures of our home were brilliant, the sale process was proactive and the whole team was a pleasure to communicate with. Would highly recommend using Beresford Adams 10/10

We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. 25th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service
