However, the support provided has been second to none in ensuring that my need was addressed effectively. I am very grateful to the staff member who ventured out in awful weather to ensure that a vital piece of equipment was returned to the property in time for the internet 'going live', I would have had another long wait without her action. Thank you so much.
30th Dec 2024 (23 days ago)Having bought our previous home from Wilman and Wilman, we knew the next time we were going to sell ours it had to be them! The reason why we chose them originally was down to the fact we were looking to move into a certain area and they called us with the most perfect property to see if we wanted to view it first- we put the offer in as soon as we did. That, is exactly the type of company you want when selling your house- proactive! When it came to us re-selling, we were blown away with their service. We spoke to every person in the office several times over and they were all amazing. Luckily for us, we were inundated with people wanting to view our property, all the staff at Wilman and Wilman were amazing and ensured that the viewings were lined up in perfect order and got a plan together. We have to give Alex a special shout out; Alex was who originally called us about buying the house, so we wanted to use Alex specifically for re-selling. Alex continued to keep us informed, going above and beyond what we would expect (have had from other agencies) and always remained professional. Towards the end, we were talking almost daily where Alex was ensuring that he was keeping both us and the buyer updated and working towards the end goal. Like I mentioned above, never have we experienced such a great service before from an estate agent company- if it’s a debate with who to use, use Wilman and Wilman.
8th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)They overpriced it. We kept dropping the price (3 times in the 6 months we were tied in with them). We dropped the price by £125K in total - still zero interest. We didn't have a single viewing. When we told them the 6 months were up and we were going with someone else, they still had the nerve to ask for 2 weeks notice; and they didn't take the for sale sign down till after the 28 weeks.

Incredibly efficient, communication excellent, prompt replies and assisted throughout the process of buying the property. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

It’s been a rollercoaster of a ride with lots of ups and downs but we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and we’re so excited to get into our beautiful home. I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Completely exceeded my expectations and gone above and beyond in every aspect. Selling and buying at the same is incredibly stressful but you’ve held my hand throughout this (I think I’m bald now haha) and I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much for all your support ??????
