11th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)I work for the nhs and was visiting a very poorly lady this afternoon, and had parked in the car park behind this ladies house, which I hadn't realised was actually owned by Bob Parry Estate Agents in Llanrwst. There were no signs to say it was a private car park, and not being from this area I just assumed it was for the residents of the area. After my visit with this lady, I returned to the car park to find the entrance/exit had been blocked by a red Mercedes, to which a lady passing told me belonged to one of the estate agents, so I went in to ask to be let out and apologise for not realising it was a private car park. I was met by a very rude, short and overweight man with grey hair, who I'm assuming was in his 70's, and with his righteous attitude, I'm assuming he was a manager or maybe even Bob Parry himself, who told me that it was his car park, was sarcastic and said 'good for you' when I told him I worked for the nhs and was visiting someone very unwell, wanted to know who I was visiting which I obviously couldnt tell him, to which he told me that i was incompetent, and told me he wasn't going to move his car. I explained that I didn't realise it was private as there were no signs, and that I needed to leave to visit another patient, to which he said it wasn't his problem and he wouldn't be moving it. Thankfully another member of staff was present, who kindly moved the car to let me out of the car park. As I said previously, I had no idea that it was privately owned, otherwise I wouldn't have parked there, and I won't park there again now knowing this, but the attitude from this angry little man was ridiculous, and I wanted to make a complaint and maybe suggest putting a sign somewhere to say that it is privately owned, as if he were to be rude to someone else like that, I worry that they wouldn't show as much self restraint as myself. 21st Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.

17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We used Bob parry as letting agents . From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .
22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Leaders was not my first choice as a representative to sell the property (and yea I was so wrong), I stuck with different agent for over 2 years. That agent (very nice guy) could not come with clear plan how to pursue a sale, could not explain (or did not know) why property cannot be sold (leashold complications) then enter Leaders - friend of mine told me they are solid. Did not believed as for me all Estate Agents were same bread (wrong again). As I was over 2 years in processes (multiple buyers) and learnt a lot about property itself (leagal wise) I have explained what is the situation to Mike. It took 2 days and I had a clear plan what we can do (multiple options) and actually what we should do. 4 months later the property has been sold. Those guys are FIXERS they make things happen and they will be honest with you. If you looking for nice guys who do the same as everyone else Leaders should not be your choice if you look for effective agent who will leave no stone unturned Leaders are for you. Lukasz.

4th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)Been busy after my house move sorting but wanted to leave feedback regards my experience with Monopoly. The process was longer than initially thought down to problems at bottom of the chain as well as few issues that arose with survey. The team at Monopoly Llanbedr handled it all in a timely, efficient and friendly but professional manner, always keeping me up to date and were helpful with information needed to resolve issues from the survey. It’s an emotional and stressful process selling and buying g property which can take its toll but it was all made that little bit easier having the right people working alongside me. Would highly recommend Monopoly for selling and buying a property.
3rd Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
