The information was posted on the Friday, I had two couples viewed on the Saturday, on the Monday one couple offered and on the Tuesday another couple offered the full asking price which I accepted... Phew.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

I have had prompt feedback from all viewings which is really helpful as a seller. I cannot single any one individual out from the team as they have all been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends.

I worked with Sam Todd who was incredibly friendly and definitely made me feel in control of everything throughout the purchase process. I can’t fault his communication and proactivity from initial contact to completion! Thank you for your help, I honestly am so grateful and couldn’t have got into the property so quickly with minimal stress without you!

They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever. Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.

The property and listed within a day with the listing showing the property to a high standard. Any problems the tenants have in the property Jack is quick to come to a solution and informing myself quickly.
