Communication is excellent, I have been kept informed almost daily and all the staff are extemely helpful and efficient. A special mention for Matt who has made the experience of selling my bungalow so far, stress free and supportive.
7th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

21st Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)Put house on market as they said they had buyers for our type of property and we had zero viewings, they did not keep in touch, didn’t return calls ever, would never use them again for ‘selling’ a house. Even asked us what they could do to sell our house!!! Moved to another agent who has done a great job.

My agent Lucy made sure I was taken care of my entire stay at the property, and it made sure my stay in the UK was a pleasant one.

The support and communication throughout the entire process was amazing. Have since used for renting out a property and again could not fault the service received. Lawsons as a whole are very professional and helpful ensuring peace of mind through a stressful and exciting period. Couldn’t recommend Hayley and the team any more. 5 star service.

Ryan went above and beyond to help keep everyone updated throughout the sale and was the main reason we hit the very tight deadline for our move! An outstanding, professional and friendly service.
