Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! 7th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

The entire process was overseen by Elizabeth D’Allemagne, a consummate professional who handled the négociations with efficiency and great care. I particularly appreciated the constant one to one feedback, a rarity in today’s world of automated voice messaging! A personalised service, with a hands on attitude, that produced a desired result. We always felt we were in safe hands and trusted her implicitly. This sale has been the smoothest one we've ever experienced and Kay's part was pivotal in that. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kay to anyone wanting help with their house sale.

1st Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Despite stating very clearly that we did not want a board or marketing to begin until after a certain date (we wanted to tell our elderly neighbours that we were moving first), the board was erected when we were not at home, earlier than requested. This caused considerable upset and distress to our neighbours. Proof-reading by the agent was very poor. Punctuation was placed incorrectly, especially commas. Inaccurate use of spellcheck meant even simple words, often used by estate agents, were not corrected before the text was sent to us - e.g. 'greed' instead of 'greeted', 'boarders' instead of 'borders' in relation to the garden, 'singe' instead of 'single' in relation to the garage. It took three attempts for the details of the property to be correct. The initial photos were dark and we did not feel they showcased our property well. The agent returned to re-take them but with limited improvement. Feedback from other people directly to us has confirmed this opinion. After the initial consultation, we gained no impression that the agent was proactive in marketing our property, nor that they were really interested in our views. At times, their response appeared to be very dismissive. We have now moved to a new agent - it is early days but we have been made to feel that we matter as individuals. Our views have been taken into account in a far more professional manner.

Adams, being local to the house managed the whole process brilliantly with professional and friendly help and advice through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

15th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Not just a bungalow they give me & my wife a home 1999 my wife fell over and broke her ankle three plates and six pins the pain she went through people make a claim why & I fell up steps in Dec 15th 2023 why didn't I make a claim why not the council fault I have two left feet the worst thing was I can't drive my car so I scrap my with 11.mths m.o.t on it I know the pain in my left knee was so painful so now I have a mobility car to drive now people keep saying to make a claim money no good for me tworivers housing give me the best ever a home we love it ????

22nd Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would thoroughly recommend using Jones & Associates if you are moving house. We did with our move from Littleworth, Worcester and our agent was Lee Kloos . Lee supported us from the moment we asked for a valuation right through to moving in to our new property. She is an expert in the whole selling/buying process which resulted in us getting a sale within 3 days above the asking price. Lee is an excellent communicator and made sure we were in the loop at all times as well as being available to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel under any real stress during the move and this was solely down to Lee and her support. Couldn't have asked for any more!
14th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)After completing a comprehensive analysis of every estate agent in the Evesham area, I made an appointment with Christian He was refreshingly different from everyone else, down to earth, open, honest and professional with a pricing quote to sell my property that put some of the other agents to shame Needless to say I signed up for Christian to sell my property and after a few viewings got an offer which was accepted However it didn't end there, the sale was in a chain which had a number of issues as we progressed with the sale of the property During this time most agents would have left it to the solicitors to deal with however we hired an exceptional agent who went far beyond the norms of estate agency to keep all parties happy and keep the process alive I have to say I am mega impressed with Christians professionalism, integrity, perseverance and support through the whole of the sale process and we finally completed on 13th December Buying and selling a house is all about having an agent that you can truly trust and relate to knowing they are acting in your best interests and will often go the extra mile to support you I found this in Christian and would recommend him to anyone in the Evesham area
