On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

16th Feb 2023 (2 years ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 25th Jun 2025 (6 mo. ago)We have purchased 2 properties and sold 3 properties through Chattertons and would highly recommend them. The whole team are a joy to work with. Communication is great and they make what is inevitably a stressful time as smooth as possible.
29th Oct 2025 (13 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

The property was marketed well and we felt the agents who conducted the house viewings were proactive and resourceful. Great communication and service.
12th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)They have the worst reputation for lettings for over 25years for a reason. Liars - will say the house is being sold so then can raise the rent. Contractors will steal your belongings I have been advised to report them to the police. Don't leave items behind they will charge you and keep them. If you lose a loved one, make sure it's not when Leaders need to do a home inspection. Mould may contribute your loved one passing. Lose your keys -If you live alone bear in mind they might give your keys to a contractor and not get them back. They won't tell the landlord though because they would have to pay to change the locks They take lots of pictures of work that never gets done and you can take loads of time off work showing workmen around.

Their "offers" to viewings ratio for my property were excellent and they found a buyer who would complete within an agreed timeframe. Having moved from Evesham some while ago they provided much needed support by arranging urgent fencing work following storm damage.
