Oliver Court at Hamptons was at all times courteous and helpful. We experienced some difficulties with our proposed purchase and in the end, were not able to proceed; however Oliver liaised with me throughout and was supportive in what was a very stressful time.

We met with a letting's negotiator last month to take one of their properties based in Beceshore Close in Morton In Marsh to rent.
We was told that the Director Catherine Holman has passed both of our offers on to the owner and was rejected due to two visiting Dog's to the property once a month. Catherine Holman kept saying we have several viewing's on the property and advised us to look else where, which we did!
After moving to Morton In Marsh, it was only by an off chance we saw the landlord outside of his property yesterday paining the windows. We has a lengthy chat with him and he was not told about our last offer which we increased to asking price off £925 pcm and Catherine Holman advised that we have two large Dog's permanently at the property which was not the case.
The property is now reduced to £875 and we offered £925 which the landlord was not aware. I am an agent myself, and honestly never come across this service before. You just have to look at their reviews and you get a full answer for yourself!
Never use again!!

Upmarket estate agency who have done a good job of improving the street level frontage what is a rather ugly building in an otherwise Regency area of the town.

Absolute joke of a company! I told them I was away for 2 week so needed my house viewed on 9th August 2018 @ 13:00 I had to take time out of my business to meet CJ Hole at my house they were running 15 minutes late so I called up! They told me that they were running late and couldn’t attend! I got there letter confirming the meeting and everything and I had to take time out of work - they didn’t even have the audacity to tell me they couldn’t show up, they rather I wait there all day!....Expect an invoice for taking time out of my business. Do not trust them they won’t show up! They must have fake reviews on here, only real review on here...

Is this the worst Residential Agency in Southend? Most probably yes and I will explain the reasons to you.
It is a total waste of time to talk to them or ask for help or to resolve any issue that might arise as: a. They have no knowledge or expertise to resolve anything, b. They don't even know their own policies and procedures c. They have no idea about regulations, c. They have no respect for the customer, d. They don't care about the emotional distress they cause to the parties involved, e. They do not understand they are accountable for their incompetence . Even the manager, seems not to have a clue what she is doing. If they had some decency they would resign. If you can avoid them, you will do yourself a favour. I don't know whether their prices are lower or not but their service is definitely appalling.
I never understood how some people get their jobs.
