They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)- This agent doesn't have any reviews

27th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Unprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.

Gave clear communication about T&C's, brochure, viewings, fees, valuation etc. Additional queries during the sale process were promptly and efficiently responded to.- 16th May 2024 (21 weeks ago)Well I can't fault the communication. spoke with 2 of the ladies from here and one was so patient on the phone helping me find the place I was going to view. They have answered every email I've sent. After reading the reviews I thought I'd leave one of my experience. I've not had a property from them as of yet but just enquiring and then viewing they were extremely helpful. Tina

Following a professional valuation Sharon managed the viewings, provided excellent communication and dealt with all of the queries quickly and efficiently resulting in a speedy sale. Sharon and the team at Llandrindod Wells were excellent and are very highly recommended.

2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)We used David Plaister to sell my late mother’s property at auction because it needed a bit of structural work and so was difficult to sell through the usual Estate Agent channels. From start to finish both David Plaister and Sophie Thorne; (who deals with the administration and sale) were professional, personable and highly efficient in ensuring everything was done to maximise the chance of selling the property. Their marketing is second to none, and this coupled with David’s knowledge of the local area and Sophie’s attention to detail ensured we were served very well indeed. The property sold at the first auction at a price that both parties ( buyer as well as vendor!) were pleased with. We could not have had better service- I would highly recommend David Plaister for anyone having to sell a property at auction. Sit back- leave it to them; you will be in good hands and I’m sure you will be happy with the outcome!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

12th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)I’d recently completed a full refurbishment of my property ready for long- term letting through Morgan & Co. I chose to do business with Morgan and Co again as they provided me excellent service regarding a probate property valuation back in 2019. The process of letting my property with Morgan and Co was easy. Angie who leads the letting side of business is excellent and very experienced. Angie talked me through the process and gave me some great advice on getting the property ready for a new tenant. Morgan and Co strive to best match the requirements of the tenant and landlord which are the building blocks to a successful tenancy. They are also very thorough in their tenant vetting procedures. I opted for Morgan & Co fully managed letting service. It’s competitively priced,and as I don’t live in the immediate area any issues that may arise I know will be swiftly taken care of by Angie and her team. It’s clear that Morgan & Co are extremely experienced in property sales,valuations and lettings, and I highly recommend them.

26th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!
