11th Sep 2024 (12 weeks ago)Booked appointment to value my property 2 minutes away from their office. They did not show up, and called me half an hour after the scheduled time to apologise. Agreed for them to still come if they could come straight away as i took time off work. Initially went to the wrong address then called me again. Upon finally arriving I asked if they forgot about the appointment (which can happen on a Monday morning) to see if I would get an honest answer. I was given an excuse about a phone battery dying and that preventing them from coming on time. The agent was fine in person, apart from the excuses, but I have heard nothing since, not even a courtesy call. That was a couple of months ago. Shame as it's my local estate agent but was a total waste of time. I went through another agent. Poor

They were also able to help negotiate the price of our onward purchase with a neighbouring estate agent. In all very happy. Big shout out to Craig Putton who is a lovely guy and very helpful in the whole process. Also Imogen for her excellent and sunny phone manner. ????
20th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Tried to book a viewing for a house we thought may be a good fit for us… very surprised by the negative language used in response to my enquiry when calling. They suggested right off the bat it wasn’t suitable - even having no idea on my current situation. Obviously they have no interest in doing any work to sell their houses, or even the sales acumen to pick up my own property for their portfolio, and tbh, even borderline offensive asking me if ‘i could even afford it’ ?! Seriously. If you have a property that needs actually someone to help sell it, and not a house that ‘will sell itself’ I’d steer clear.
