His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us. We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. Consistent, professional, and highly effective.
