12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

Sometimes with house moves things can get frustrating but your communication was second to none and we. Very much appreciated that throughout the transaction. Not that I intended to move for a while but I would definitely use your service again. I would absolutely recommend Ashton White for anyone’s house sale. Thank you!
14th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. My viewing was confirmed both over the phone and by email, so I travelled to the property as agreed. When I arrived outside the property, they suddenly cancelled the viewing and gave me different excuses. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If the viewing could not take place, they should have informed me well in advance instead of letting me travel there for nothing. I expected much better communication and reliability from a letting agency.

I found the sales team, especially Oscar and Lucy, very helpful and pleasant to deal with when you could get through to them / see them. The office seemed under manned and there were quite a few occasions when my phone call would be diverted to an answering / out of hours team (even when calling during office hours) who could only take a message and email the sales team in Billericay. On one occasion I wanted to pop in during my lunch break (1 - 2pm, week day) only to find the whole office was shut as all staff were on a training course. The staff are knowledgeable and good at what they do but this lack of communication is both frustrating and annoying and not ideal during what is a stressful process

Keeping us updated along the way and dealing with tricky communication on our behalf along with an incredibly quick sale process. They are honestly worth their weight in gold and I highly recommend you use their services. We are actually sad we will now no longer need to contact the friendly team!

All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring. What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected. What was an extremely stressful situation was made significantly easier by our experience with Kings Group, and in particular Rosy O’Brien. Rosy was professional, efficient, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We are very grateful for her help during a difficult time.

By Saturday, professional photos had been taken; our property was listed on Monday; and by the following Thursday, it was sold. The entire process was incredibly efficient and well managed. Not only did we secure the home we had our hearts set on, but we also achieved the full asking price for our property. A huge thank you to the whole team at Elliot Heath for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout both our purchase and sale. We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Ben supported us at the viewing stage and followed up afterwards, making everything feel well organised and straightforward. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah handled most of the after-sales process and was excellent at keeping communication clear between ourselves and the buyers and ensuring everything kept moving smoothly. Fiona was also a great help towards the end of the process and made sure everything was wrapped up efficiently. The bouquet of flowers on completion day was a very thoughtful and kind touch. We would describe Ensum Brown as: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The rest of the team was a delight too Joe and Ted where very approachable and friendly. I even popped in for a coffee and a chat from time to time! Overall our move went swimmingly and I can’t thank the team enough!! ????????????
