Jordan gave us confidence and just set everything up right, the wider team supported us every step of the way, and then comes Jo, who is responsible for sales progression (getting us to completion). I actually train people how to be great with customers for a living. And my new shorthand is: be like Jo. Jo is hands-down the most proactive, caring, and brilliant person you can ever hope to work with. What would have been a 10/10 stressful situation for any person, Jo made it infinitely easier.
