12th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that. Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

27th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
