13th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)I can't believe it's been 2 weeks already since we picked up the keys to our beautiful little cottage. We are so so happy that Jill was the one who helped us with the viewings, the purchase (for which she pulled out all the stops!!!), the negotiation and so very much more. She always had a smile (and a laugh) with us and nothing was too much trouble for her. She became our 'professional friend', always going the extra mile to advise and support us during our house-buying journey. We are going to miss her. Thank you for everything Jill xxx
12th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.

John and the owner, Joanne who was our ‘go to’ and the rest of the team were lovely, sympathetic and proactive in helping us with the sale of our property. It was definitely a long winded sale but with the help of Jo it definitely helped take some of the stress and anxiety away. She went above and beyond for us and kept trying to see what the hold ups were down the chain (we were at the top) to help us find out what was going I . We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Paul and the team were initially recommended to me by my brother who had used them and had a great experience selling his house. I chose to use New Oak Estates again for the 2nd time and experienced the same level of professionalism and enthusiasm as the first time. Highly recommend.
