29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Won a bid on several lots and only 10% of the order arrived. For another bid which we were to collect in person, the order was wrong. One box contained the wrong product altogether and the item that was “correct” was a chair with no legs supplied. Avoid

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)We listed the property with a well known estate agent in our area in February 2023 however, were unable to secure a sale for our property. The agent over-valued the property and this caused a wave of potential buyers to lose interest quickly. I ended up selling my house for 38k lesser than the agent listing price. I gave them 6 months and with hardly any genuine buyers and deadline not being met (we didn’t want to lose our ongoing purchases as we were in a chain), we took our property off the market and sold the house privately.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)I genuinely cannot put into words how excellent Next Place are! Firstly, I was a little sceptical that the OIEO price would be too low for what I wanted to get for my property, however I trusted the team who explained this would appear in more searches etc. Anyway, within the first 3 days of the property being on the market, I had a bit of a bidding war and got exactly what I wanted! So definitely trust the process. Holly dealt with the sales process and was excellent. She could also suss out which offers seemed to be a bit flakey vs who seemed to be a really reliable buyer, which really helped! The aftersales team, Nicola & Abby, were absolutely exceptional I have to say. This was further highlighted by the agent for my onward property being woeful and it really demonstrated to me what I was getting from Next Place vs what other agents were offering. Nicola & Abby were giving me and my buyer at least weekly updates from the solicitor and were chasing my onward agents, being able to tell me more about the chain than they could (baring in mind the other agent had all of the properties further up the chain!!!!) It really meant that I could sit back and be informed, rather than having to chase continuous updates myself and made the process way less stressful. It also helps that they have excellent relationships with all of the local solicitors too! I am moving out of the Tamworth area, but honestly would use Next Place again no matter what area I am in because the service is top class!
7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)I cannot thank Your Move enough. In particular Liam and Abbey at the Ilkeston Office who exeeeded expectations time and again. We had a buyer pull out at after 6 months then the house we were purchasing fell through and like magicians they pulled more offers out of the hat. They became phsycotherapists as I felt like I was loosing my mind and helped me navigate all the stress of a very long and difficult process. None of the problems we experienced were related to Your Move and all agreed this was a very unusual and fraught 18 months. We moved into our new home 3 weeks ago and are very very happy this would not have happened wihout Abbeys encouragement to keep going and Liam patiently talking me through my frustrations. Cant wait to see them both at the house warming next summer when all the work is finished as I actually miss our conversations (but maybe we could talk about something else). So if your contemplating selling your house then this has to be your first choice. We have used four different estate agents in the past and without doubt Your Move are the front runners by a thousand miles. THANK YOU Liam and Abbbey and the rest of the your move team.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)We are first buyers and with not much knowledge on mortgages. We went to a few mortgage advisors and felt we were still left clueless. Then we came to bairstow and had a really positive experience with Ella. She was very informative and has been really helpful with the process. She was always an email/phone call away and no question felt stupid. I could not recommend Ella enough.
11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Estate agent did not seem to be proactive in attempting to secure a sale. Did not follow up with potential buyers to negotiate or encourage an offer. Unrealistic valuation, far too high for the area that the property was situated in. 25th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Scam artists , property came on market emailed same day cash buyer was willing to pay over asking price , no reply for over a week , rang week later and was told property is sold and not taking any offers , wonder how much back hander was

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Can't fault the sales team, solicitors of both parties involved in the sale were really poor and Bagshaws Residential sales team were really effective at communicating with and chasing solicitors on both sides and always got back to me by email if not by phone to keep me updated and they were always polite, friendly and efficient. Also, I can't fault all their media and marketing and getting in veiwings matching prospectuve buyers to the property price and type and I had an offer within a few weeks, thank you Bagshaws!

I can not praise Shannon Booth and any colleagues enough, thank you to you all.

I think I must have phoned the agency about 3-4 times throughout the process with questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble- couldn’t recommend them enough :)
