They are as good as it gets and we have a number of previous moves under our belts to compare them with. I have no hesitation in recommending Fulfords Tavistock office to anyone contemplating a move.

10th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)I contacted Strutt & Parker in Exeter to sell my late parents home in Sidmouth. Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
22nd Apr 2025 (4 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. Sophie has, from the very beginning, been a very upbeat positive person and I had every confidence in her ability to sell the property. She was in contact at every point to keep us updated. Lisa was very efficient and worked very quickly to support us to ensure legal requirements were adhered to. Superb service!

6th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Mansbridge Balment Okehampton Estate Agents I would be profoundly disappointed if I had entrusted this estate agent with the responsibility of marketing my property. I have personally reached out to them on two separate occasions to express my interest in properties they are actively marketing, both through Rightmove and directly through their own website, providing all the requested information. Regrettably, I have consistently been ignored. No one from the office has contacted me to follow up or schedule a viewing. It is imperative for property vendors to be aware that Mansbridge Balment does not prioritise their best interests. I strongly recommend that they consider hiring another agent who will provide the necessary support and attention. This conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients and potential purchasers.

12th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Scott Parry Associates & can highly recommend them. We had previously viewed several places with Megan, Jemima or Polly, who were patient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They kept us informed of anything potentially suitable in the area, until we found the home we liked. During the buying period (4 months), all staff were quick to respond to any questions by email or phone. They liaised well between us, the seller & both sets of solicitors to keep the process going forward. Although a small firm, they are professional, efficient and hardworking. Their friendliness and personal attention made the whole process much less stressful... so thanks for your help, Scott and the team.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.

We had a very professional service from every team member. The communications were absolutely top notch, which is important in the property purchase process. We felt that they got to know us and our needs well and were efficient, supportive, helpful and friendly throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. In fact, if we ever find ourselves in need of an agent in the future, we would just go straight to them.

He was clear and informative throughout the selling process and went to great lengths to deal with the prospective purchasers personally for us which saved us much stress. We cannot overemphasise our appreciation of his efforts on our behalf. It was like having a friend in the business!
