They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.
30th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Booked a viewing but nobody showed up and didn’t even get a phone call to apologise! Absolutely loved the property and I’m sure the landlord would have loved me in it but unfortunately this company’s incompetence stands in between us and I must look elsewhere. Thanks!

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
