4th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid this company. The woman running it has had a property in Castleford for 8 weeks and she told us she hasnt had a single viewing because she couldnt be bothered to drive 2 hours for this listing. After 4 weeks of trying to contact her, which btw she never replies to emails, never answers the phone and never texts back, we managed to arrange a viewing. She cancelled the viewing the first time because she didnt want to do a saturday so again after calling several times over 2 weeks we managed to get a viewing for friday at 3pm. She then says shes not showing up because shes going to visit a friend!!! She has no business working in real estate and I feel bad for anyone trying to use her business

30th Jun 2024 (6 mo. ago)Booked a viewing but nobody showed up and didn’t even get a phone call to apologise! Absolutely loved the property and I’m sure the landlord would have loved me in it but unfortunately this company’s incompetence stands in between us and I must look elsewhere. Thanks!
2nd Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)The shop is clearly advertised on zoopla but their receptionist couldn’t find it, transferred me to an agent who just doesn’t answer the phone, I called yesterday and today again but can’t speak with an agent or get a call back. I don’t know how people like this are in business.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.
