23rd Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.

19th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)Hello Reviewers!! I had rented a property for 6years and was alarmed when I was told I would be having to move as my landlord had sold his property during the lockdown. I searched everywhere! I couldn’t find anything suitable and the longer I searched the closer I got to the moving out date! I was panicking! Then I found SBLiving! There I had two amazing members of staff who went above and beyond for me and my requests! So a big shout out and thank you to Emily and Natasha! They were polite, fun to communicate with and most of all very professional! They found me a place (where I am now residing) And it’s been a dream come true! The process was fast Efficient and effective! I have been here for about 6weeks now and I cannot thank them enough! So a big box of celebrations is in order! Emily and Natasha if you are reading this THANK YOU ;)

The whole process took approximately 8 months to complete. 8 months where Leanne was available to us 24/7 ( I'm sure she doesn't sleep lol) Amazing communication throughout the whole process where she would contact every single person in the chain and would come back to me within minutes. The reassurance, the patience and the professionalism is honestly amazing. I've cried and I've laughed so much throughout the process and Leanne was always there for me and my family. If above and beyond was a person that would be Leanne. If you are thinking of buying or selling a house and are looking for a down to earth team , Kestrel is your estate agent! I just couldn't recommend them enough. I cannot put into words all the help and support this amazing team gave me and my family. I had a discussion with Craig who went through my criteria in far greater depth than anyone else had as there is a general feeling at times agents want to chase you out the door as are too busy to chat. within 14 days of a my initial discussion, and a few properties offered that weren't quite suitable for me I was offered one that was perfect that I bought. Great after service from Cath too. much appreciated. cannot recommend enough based on my experience.

They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , they put me at ease from first contact . I was really impressed with the photographs and video that Jody made of the Property and I was kept updated throughout . I felt like I was in safe hands from start to finish and would highly recommend
10th Jan 2025 (15 days ago)After our first year of living in our flat, the rent went up by a big chunk which wouldn’t seem a lot to others but £50 for one working person, one person who’s not working and looking after their child full time is too much. We expect it to go up again this year. Not going to be able to afford living here if they keep putting prices up. On top of that, why should they increase it when they don’t do anything? I’ve made a couple complaints before about things happening in our communal building and in our parking area and all they said they will do is put out a letter for all the residents including myself which they didn’t even do. False promises, don’t care about their tenants. A recent issues is someone smoking weed in their flat or communal hall right across from us. Already written a complaint and not heard anything back. Why do we have to live here and suffer and yet you get to take money off of us? Can’t afford to move right now because of how expensive the rent is and if you can’t find a place to live before your contract resets, you’re stuck for another year. There’s no way out of it.
