Both Bryony and Cherylle were extremely professional, keeping us informed when it was necessary but not in a way that was intrusive. They obviously know the market and were able to target a particular type of buyer for our house. The whole process was remarkably easy and stress free, due in part to their personal attention but nevertheless business like approach.

8th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)They are nice people to deal with but their overall approach can only be described as passive. I made the running on price reduction and they just complied. Communication was poor . I had to chase them to get the result of a viewing. Overall, a wasted year.
