5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Completely rude and unprofessional. Didn't seem to care during conversation or negotiations. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.

29th Oct 2024 (5 mo. ago)Struggled to get anywhere with maintenance issues. Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.

13th Dec 2024 (19 weeks ago)Pattinson Alnwick went above and beyond. We are both housebound. They brought documents to sign ,helped with I.D taking photographs of said documents where necessary . Sold our property within 29 days. Would certainly use/recommend them .
