4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

I own 3 rental properties that Fiona & the lettings team have managed for me for the last 16 years. They have always made it a pleasure to deal with and always selected the most suitable tenants that were available at the time. In 16 years the properties have always been rented out and never stood empty. They have always kept me informed of any minor works needed doing & organised the relevant trade to get the job done at a reasonable price. My Father has recently passed and was a part share owner in the properties so I had to get valuations for probate. I have never dealt with the sales side of the business before and was introduced to Alex Bebb. I cannot thank Alex enough as he was very understanding at this sad time and went about his business in a very professional and respectful manner. He liaised with my tenants and assured them that I was not thinking of selling the properties and sent me email and written valuations all within a few days. When I decided to re-sell I firstly had chosen another multi branch agent who I thought were selling and marketing successfully as I had seen their advertising boards all around my area. I was to remain loyal to them for months without success. Then I approached Wrights, a small friendly independent agent to help me sell again. Sure enough Stuart and his team have done it again! Their selling fees are really competitive and my online advertisements were listed as premium to boost online views.

They were more proactive than the solicitors and manage to progress things along. Their staff are very polite and helpful and return calls promptly. A very good experience with them. Highly recommended

24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.
