11th Sep 2025 (22 weeks ago)I've been trying contact them for a month about a premises in Congleton but no one answers the phone. The property is still listed, I'm not surprised though if no one can speak to anyone about it. If I was the landlord I'd be miffed to learn people are actively looking to rent my premises but can't get through to anyone to discuss.

17th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.
