Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support. Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)We have recently completed on our house and Reeds Rains were acting on behalf of the owners of the house we have bought. John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

Erin has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from organising viewings, keeping us up to date on the progress and with the property we were buying being in a slightly unusal circumstance she was really helpful in making sure we understood the scenario and what needed to be done. Highly recommend - thank you Erin!

13th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Its been a long process due to solicitor delays which meant a lot of intense activity in the final week. The staff at Bridgford's, especially Destiny worked hard to help get the sale through. They earnt their fees and we are very grateful. I would not use a faceless online agency.

They were proactive in helping to chase up solicitors and keep the lines of communication open between all the different parties involved. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys.
