They were always quick to respond, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and kept me updated throughout so I never felt out of the loop. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and I always felt confident I was in safe hands. They went above and beyond to find the best deal for me, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend Adam and Jan to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and efficient mortgage advisor!

We have sold numerous properties with them over the last few years and even the difficult ones have been made easier. Both Darryl and Pauline are quick to respond and help with queries and any issues along the sale or purchase process. Would recommend and use again.

Sara at Haywood's estate agents talked everything through, and kept us updated every step of the way. She was cheery, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. 13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

The level of customer service was excellent — any issues I had were dealt with promptly, and communication was always clear, especially around inspections. The team were consistently helpful, friendly, and quick to resolve anything that came up. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I’d definitely recommend using this letting agency to anyone looking to rent a property.

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.
