3rd Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

18th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Recently, I had a negative experience with Estate Agency 349 Woodchurch Road, Prenton, Merseyside, CH42 8PE, regarding the sale of a house. I do not recommend them due to their extreme inexperience, unfriendly demeanor, slow response times, irrelevant questioning, excessive interference, and lack of understanding regarding legal requirements. I informed them that I could provide a completion letter and proof of address of where I live currently when necessary, but they seemed unaware of these basic requirements. Overall, I would advise against dealing with them as it was a waste of time.

Thanks so much for making everything as smooth as possible and great communication which makes such a difference when moving. Everyone including Molly, Berri and Jack were very helpful and professional, allowing us to view the property, sometimes at short notice on several occasions and answering our queries promptly. We received a very friendly and efficient service.

She was quick to respond when booking viewings, provided regular updates without us having to ask, and ultimately made the whole process as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Cowell Norford as a transparent and efficient estate agents.

Throughout the process of selling my property they have been proactive and clear at communicating updates and explaining the next steps. They were always available to chat and answer any questions. It was a very quick turnaround from valuation to sale as the team did a really efficient job of getting the property on the market and organising the viewings - and found a buyer within a week! Thanks for your help, Elliot

14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The worst state agent in warrington. They don't do anything to help. I have phoned them three times as I'm looking for a property to rent. They only offer 1 date for viewing and I have told them I work as a doctor and I can't leave the hospital. They are just indifferent and seem not interested . They don't wanna help you or try to find solutions. Worst experience and worst customer service ever
7th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)For the amount of the fee they charge I think it’s a bit expensive. I did all the viewings, once I asked if they could do one as we would be away, but it was a no as they were short staffed. Photographer was great. Communication was very good.

When applying for the property, Hayley took the time to explain the process and promptly replied to any questions I’d sent. Hayley’s help and support throughout the application process was invaluable, Hayley made the whole process so straightforward and took the stress of applying away. Thanks Hayley for your help and support.

He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer. 4th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)This review is specifically for Christabel Hill, Property Relationship Manager at this branch. I deal with Christabel regularly as a tenant in long residence at one of the Thornley Properties. Dealing with admin relating to tenancy, which at the end of the day is a “home” is never an easy thing to do, it’s incredibly anxiety inducing and also daunting. Effectively Christabel is the go between of communication between myself and the landlord. I’m in a very personal situation of ill health at the moment, and Christabel has been nothing short of a diamond asset. In 20 years of dealing with letting agents, some are intrusive, rude and treat you as a commodity . Christabel is the first and leading lady who has been kind, personal and approachable, and I feel comfortable communicating with her all my personal circumstance and business. She’s efficient and quick moving. I would like this to wholeheartedly be recognised by management especially with my case individually. I’m willing for somebody to contact me should they require further endorsement of Christabel’s positive impact on my tenancy. I wish her all the best ongoing.

Our experience was a really positive one especially working with Rob Greenwood who was a complete gentleman who could not do enough to assist and help get our sale over the finish line. We will be forever g5raqteful and would recommend Leaders.
18th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were compassionate and always kept me informed, they helped me at my lowest point in my life just after my mum passed away, I tried different letting agency’s to get a property but none of them would except me because I’m disabled, but belvoir didn’t, it’s made me feel wanted again. Now I have a beautiful 1 bed flat and looking forward to the future. Thank you Belvoir sales and lettings team.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
