20th May 2026 (19 days ago)Superb professional support for the last 11 years from the team, I fully recommend! Back in 2015 the team helped me buy a property, then for 11 years provided management service to rent the property out for me (and I am based abroad so they have really been my rock), and recently as I decided to sell as my life direction changed a bit, helped me to organise the sale of the property, with tenants in place, in a neat, professional and kind manner. The team has always been on the end of the phone, emails, and supported me sincerely through all the various laws, changes, and requirements, especially given I started out knowing nothing in 2015 about being a landlord! They have always been kind and caring with tenants too...so as one collective team we kept it a proper home for those years, a nice feeling. End of an era for me, but thanks to the Jones and Chapman team (and wider Sequence teams), been a great life time memory - and I wish all the team well and extend my thanks to all!

28th May 2026 (11 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul
13th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

29th May 2026 (10 days ago)Not quite sure how they sell any houses they rarely answer the phone, don't call you back, don't respond to emails and seem unwilling or unable to negotiate. Based on this experience I'm just glad they aren't selling my house.
21st May 2026 (18 days ago)We have our house for sale with a different agent . We received a flyer in our mailbox, which looked handwritten to state that they have a buyer for our property. My wife rang the branch to follow up with a mild degree of enthusiasm only to be told that this is a printed marketing flyer that came from head office and that indeed they don’t have a buyer for us. We have no objection to marketing But in this difficult climate when selling a house is stressful enough we think the wording is sharp practice and unnecessary. From a company that my mum has used Over 50 years ago, I would expect better.

The team made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. After being in the rental business for 20 years, I can honestly say they are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and first-class agency.

There local knowledge and reputation for selling similar properties as well as being competitively priced with their fee is what swung us towards using sell well. From the property being on the market, we sold our house within 3 weeks which was fantastic.

1st Jun 2026 (7 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Viewings were undertaken & feedback was given straight away. Lauren has been so encouraging and helpful especially along the way. I would totally recommend belvoir if you want to sell. I greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by Lauren and the personal touch goes a long way.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
31st May 2026 (8 days ago)The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale. Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received

We had a short window to move in, but Hibbert were able to make the process as quick and easy as we’d like.
