I mainly dealt with Darryl and Liz, they were extremely helpful and supportive, handling viewings and appointments supporting me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

They secured suitable tenants quickly and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly and timely, handling everything efficiently — from marketing the property to referencing and finalising the tenancy agreements. I’m very happy with their services and would happily use them again in the future.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amy made what can often feel like a stressful and complicated process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Every step was clearly explained, all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions we were making. What really stood out was her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to securing the best possible deal for us. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses whenever we needed clarification. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking to remortgage. A truly first-class experience and a five-star service in every way!
27th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)My experience as a tenant in Chester was awful from start to finish. Repairs were slow and painful, getting anything fixed took far too long, and even getting a simple reply from the landlord (via the agent) dragged on for ages. The overall attitude felt like delay, deflect, repeat. The deposit process was the final straw. When it came to returning the deposit, it felt like they tried to “find” reasons to deduct money rather than handle it fairly. Items were raised that weren’t even listed at check-in, which makes no sens yet you’re expected to either accept it or prepare for a long, stressful challenge to get your own money back. As a tenant you’re at a disadvantage, and it felt like they knew that and relied on the fact most people won’t have the time or energy to fight. I wouldn’t recommend them to renters. If you do rent through them make sure to document everything!!!

6th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t praise Leaders enough. Mike the Manager and his team from Warrington branch were outstanding. They were fantastic at keeping me updated. It wasn’t a 9-5 service. Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly and always helpful, the drone footage of our house was excellent, they like to do the viewings and that helps a lot to take away pressure, and we didn't have to do any chasing because there were behind the scenes chasers that did all that for us, that did a lot to ease any pressure.
