16th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.
14th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.

1st Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
18th Aug 2016 (7 years ago)I have to say that I had a very poor experience at your offices today, whilest dropping my child to a sibling support group for children with disabled brothers/sisters, which is in the same building. I was unable to park in the disabled spaces due to your non disabled staff parking in both spaces. I then parked my car in one of the three empty spaces outside the shared building. I was not blocking anyone and there were still free places however your staff felt the need to make me walk my disabled son and two year old daughter back downstairs and out of the building and move my car to the opposite car parking space, which 5 minutes earlier was occupied. In doing this I was unable to be there when other son was finished his group. Leaving him wondering where I was. This was entirely unacceptable and for the sake of less than 10minutes I think your attitude to the general public is appalling, considering you share a building with a charity for children and disabilities. I look forward to an apology and a change in attitude to disabled parking.

2nd Jul 2019 (4 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.
