I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

8th Oct 2024 (10 weeks ago)This isn’t a 1* review for Welden they have been fantastic. This is merely a warning for anyone with the intention of being a new tenant of number 8 parlour mead in cullompton. Since we have moved out the property the landlord is trying anything in their power to take deposit money off, we handed the keys back when we was told at the latest and the landlord ‘had to change the lock’ and tried charging us for this. Welden confirmed we didn’t have to pay. As well trying to charge us for wear and tear on the shower silicone. My main issue however with this landlord was the fact that not only did they turn up without notice on the day we moved in but the fact when our carbon monoxide alarm was going off we was told by the landlord to put it in water and not to worry as they couldn’t find a suitable contact of theirs to come and sort this at the time. Obviously if something would have happened this would have been the landlords fault. Just please be careful if you are thinking of renting this property and be prepared to fight for your deposit for things that you shouldn’t need to fight for.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
