   Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you....    My partner and I have rented our flat in Harrogate with Linley & Simpson since 2017, and have now decided to relocate and move into our flat next year.<br><br>I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone we've worked with over the years, and to thank Linley & Simpson for making our rental experience a really enjoyable one. The rental team have been truly amazing in quickly arranging viewings, and completing all the relevant paperwork, so that our flat was hardly ever empty.<br><br>The maintenance department have also been superb. The way the team have looked after our flat and taken care of all the various maintenance issues and problems we've had has been truly exemplary. It's not always easy when you're renting out your future home in another part of the country, but it's a lot easier when you have the support of a wonderful team you can trust.<br><br>It’s almost impossible to list all of the people who’ve helped and supported us over the years but Charlotte Thomson, Myah Dhanak, Katie Hardstaff, Zara Cunningham, Anthony Metcalfe, Nicola Walton, Lauran Taylor and Rhys Dandy are just a few of the key people who deserve a mention.<br><br>Thank you once again to everyone for supporting us over the last 9 years and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Linley & Simpson to anyone renting in Harrogate and the surrounding areas.
